My old computer is running Windows 98, you can not drive only has a floopy CDWriter very old and has a Bachelor of photosd transfer to a new computer with Windows XP Media Center

Remove the hard drive of your old computer, put it in the new computer. turn on the new computer. Copying files. Problem solved.

there is a way, but it's hard .... Remove the disk from your old computer and plug the power cord into the CD (DVD) ROM on your new computer ... temporarily disable ROM, installed win in some way. Now on your computer (you can order with a new hardware screen, if so, allow it to install) and go to my computer, you should be able to see old hard drive. Simply drag and drop the old files in a folder on the new computer, and that the C: drive. When you are finished, turn off the computer and unplug the old hard drive, then close the CD-ROM
