Which software for drawing a simple house plan? - floor plan drawing software

Must be able to draw a card from my house. I just want something simple, but it must be to scale, so I must be able to make the size of the walls, etc.

I do not want a CAD-type program just something simple that I intend to make a simple scale. I tried MS Paint, but you can not put in the dimensions.
